Use of Facilities |
Bethania's facilities are available for appropriate private use.
APPLICATION PROCESS:
1. Read and fill out the application. Return the completed application to Bethania Lutheran Church located at 603 Atterdag Rd., Solvang, CA 93463 or email to bethania.lutheran@verizon.net

2. Reservations for using the facilities will not be accepted more than six months in advance. Bethania reserves the right to pre-empt any non-church related event for a church related event.
3. The Staff will determine, from the church calendar, the availability of the requested facility.
4. The Bethania Evangelical Lutheran Church's rules will be reviewed with the applicant and fees and deposits will be determined. The applicant must pay a reservation deposit of 25% of the use fee. No reservation will be held beyond 5 working days without a submitted application and reservation deposit.
5. All fees and deposits are due 30 days prior to the event. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to an event require immediate payment of use fee and deposits.

CHURCH - WEDDING (NON-MEMBER)
CHURCH - MEMORIAL SERVICE/FUNERAL (NON-MEMBER)
PARISH HALL
PARISH HALL WITH KITCHEN
FIRESIDE ROOM
FIRESIDE ROOM WITH KITCHEN
SET UP AND TAKE DOWN DEPOSIT
You will be charged for the amount of time
it takes at the rate of $20.00 per hour
