PRESCHOOL AFTER SCHOOL |
Our Preschool & After School Programs began in 1987. The Preschool accepts children age 2.5 and potty trained through 5 years old. The After School program is open to children from kindergarten through 4th grade. Since that time the program has grown from 23 children to 136. We have 8 teachers and a Director, Eileen Knotts, which affords us a 1 to 14 teacher/child ratio. Our teachers are Early Childhood educationally certified and our program is state-licensed, but beyond that we are proud of our excellence and the care we are able to provide here at Bethania. The children develop in a nurturing, safe environment where they receive plenty of care and love. While a chapel service is offered weekly, enrollment is non-denominational and open to children of all backgrounds.
A visit to our campus will show you a spacious playground, the setting for all kinds of learning and playing, as well as large classrooms and multi-purpose rooms. Our ample kitchen is the source of delicious and nutritious snacks.
Our Preschool and After School Programs
are open year-round. Tuition rates vary according to hours and days of

The aims of the Preschool and After School programs are:
- To give an opportunity for intellectual growth and educational stimulation.
- To provide space, time, equipment, and other resources, which give the child the opportunity to investigate, experiment, discover and create.
- To develop physical skills, coordination, power, emotional strength, and satisfying relations with peers and adults.
- To provide a foundation for the spiritual growth of the child.
